1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of EntryGo time tracking service, a SaaS platform for working time recording in compliance with RD-ley 8/2019.

2. Service Conditions

• The service is available 24/7 with a 99.9% availability target
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data
• EntryGo provides the tools, but the legal responsibility for recording lies with the company

3. Free Trial

A 1-month free trial with all features is offered. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, the service will be suspended until a paid plan is contracted.

4. Billing and Payment

• Prices are set per active employee per month
• Billing is monthly or annual depending on the contracted plan
• Payments are made by card or bank transfer

5. Cancellation

The user can cancel the service at any time. Data will be kept for 4 years as required by working time recording regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The EntryGo software, design, and brand are the property of Entrygo. The user retains ownership of their data.

7. Limitation of Liability

EntryGo is not responsible for penalties for non-compliance with working time recording if the user does not correctly use the system or provides incorrect data.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
